Paris First Tours are researched, written and designed by Adrienne Michel Sager, a nationally known, bilingual (English/French) professional artist and art historian with 20 years of European travel experience.

Adrienne teaches college level courses in Renaissance Art History, Modern Art History, Women in the Arts, Creativity, the History and Use of Medieval Labyrinths, the Art and History of Paris, and selected topics on the lives of great artists. Additionally, she has taught painting, drawing, design and photography and has made over 40 trips to Paris.

Her paintings have been exhibited nationwide in art galleries and private collections in a multitude of cities throughout the United States, as well as Paris, London and Tokyo. She was honored five years in a row with the title of "Madison's Best Artist" by Madison Magazine, and was recently on their cover for receiving the “Hall of Fame” Award.

Adrienne received her MFA degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she was awarded both the Vilas and E. B. Fred Fellowships. She has studied art history and painting in Paris and holds a "Certificat Pratique in Business and Commercial French from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the City of Paris." Adrienne comes uniquely qualified as tour leader, lecturer and guide, and will provide insightful, thought-provoking art historical and cultural commentary.
